What is Town Centre Storage Clacton?
Town Centre Storage Clacton is a storage facility in the heart of Clacton-On-Sea, located next to the Waterglade Industrial estate. The entrance is located at between 56 and 58 Park Road CO15 1HQ. We have a total of 50 Insulated containers available to the public.
What kind of security is there?
We have security cameras running 24/7, the facility is surrounded by a 8ft metal palisade fence with spiked ends. The gate can be remotely activated by the us or opened with the fob provided. We have automatic number plate recognition cameras that record every vehicle that enters and leaves.
Do I need my own padlock?
No we provide a security lock. We take a £100 deposit for padlock and key fob.
What is the minimum rental period?
1 month is the minimum period for rental.
What is included in the price, are there any hidden extras?
£120 a month is the inclusive price,we take a £100 deposit for padlock and key fob. No extra’s.
Do you offer any discounts?
Discounts are available for longer period of hire.
Do I pay weekly or monthly?
Monthly.
How long can I stay?
As long as you would like as long as payments are made on time.
How quickly can I move in?
The same day as enquiring as long as there is a unit available
What kind of payment methods are available?
Bank transfer, cash or cheque.
Is there insurance included?
No you require your own insurance if needed
Can I hire more than one storage container?
Yes, as many as you want as long as the storage involved fits within our Terms & Conditions.
How often can I visit my storage container?
Daily between 9 am and 6 pm.
